Overview

Welcome to the LinkSensi Documentation. This guide will help you set up, manage, and troubleshoot the LinkSensi System, which includes the mobile app, supplier dashboard, gas level sensors, and gateway device. Our system ensures you have real-time insights into your LPG tank levels and streamlined management.

Overview of LinkSensi System

The LinkSensi System is a comprehensive solution designed for monitoring LPG tanks. It allows users to track gas levels, order refills, and manage suppliers and drivers efficiently. The system includes multiple components that work together to provide real-time data and ease of management:

  • Mobile App: Used by customers to monitor their LPG tanks, place orders for refills, and receive notifications.
  • Suppliers Dashboard: Designed for suppliers and drivers to manage users, orders, and track sales performance.
  • Gas Level Sensor: A Bluetooth-enabled device that attaches to the LPG cylinder to track gas levels and transmit data.
  • Gateway Device: Connects sensors to the cloud via Wi-Fi, enabling remote monitoring of LPG tanks.

Components of the System

1. Mobile App

The LinkSensi Mobile App allows users to:

  • Create accounts, log in, and manage their details.
  • Add and monitor LPG tanks.
  • Receive real-time LPG levels and battery status from the Bluetooth-enabled gas level sensor.
  • Order gas refills and track delivery statuses.
  • Troubleshoot sensor connection issues.

3. LinkSensi Gas Level Sensor

The LinkSensi Gas Level Sensor is a Bluetooth-enabled device that attaches to the bottom of your LPG cylinder. It measures the gas level and sends data like:

  • LPG level: The current gas level in the tank.
  • Battery status: The sensor’s battery life.

The sensor communicates with the LinkSensi Mobile App via Bluetooth, providing users with real-time gas level updates and battery status. If connected to the LinkSensi Gateway, the sensor's data is automatically transmitted to the cloud, allowing for remote monitoring.

4. Gateway Device

The LinkSensi Gateway Device bridges the gap between the gas level sensor and the cloud. It automatically picks up signals from the Bluetooth-enabled sensor and transmits the data to the cloud via Wi-Fi. This allows users to:

  • Monitor LPG levels and battery status remotely.
  • Set up and troubleshoot connections between the sensor and the Gateway.
