Troubleshooting Common Issues

Sensor Won’t Connect

  • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
  • Check if the sensor is powered on.
  • Long-press the yellow button to reset the sensor and try scanning again.

Wi-Fi Bridge Disconnects

  • Ensure your Wi-Fi connection is stable and the bridge is powered on.
  • Restart the Bridge and reconnect it to the app.
